Braids By Bee Inc. offers professional hair styling services for a variety of hair types, from natural dreadlocks to braids and weave techniques. Our passionate team of stylists provide the highest quality braiding and styling services, as well as running our very own charity organization Dreadlocks2Love. Through Dreadlocks2Love we help to provide dreadlocks and hair donations to those affected by hair loss due to cancer, alopecia and other medical conditions, so they can regain their confidence and feel like themselves again.

Your Donations will help with our mission, Our mission is to provide every person, regardless of age, gender, or hair type, with the attention they need to get dreadlocks. We understand that hair loss due to illnesses can be a difficult and confidence-sapping experience, and we are committed to helping family members and friends regain their self-assurance by providing them with the gift of dreadlocks.

You can donate to our organization either by visiting our salon in Fort Lauderdale or by sending your donation through PO Box. Thank you for your support.

Donating your Dreadlocks

Donation of Dreadlock(s) Hair may be longer then 3" min. any texture hair is acceptable.

Have your dreadlocks cut off by a professional or a trusted friend. Cut 1-2" away from the scalp in bundles of 6-10. If Locs are too thick you can do one at a time. Make sure you do not cut to close to scalp.

Donations can be Dreadlocks any size length or texture or Monetary donations on our Paypal link.

Put your dreadlocks that you would like to donate into a Zip Lock Bag. Then put into an envelope with label.

Send us a letter telling us your story. Tell us how many years have you grown your dreadlocks? What made you decide to cut them off? And share with us why it is important for you to donate your dreadlocks. We wanna know so we too can share your story.

1. Are my Locs to funky or diry to Donate? NO 2. Are my Dreadlocks Tax Deductable? NO 3. Does it matter what size or texture of dreadlocks I have? NO

Do we still want the donations if.......

My dreadlocks have just been sitting around. Can I still donate them?

I bleached my dreadlocks and they are sort of damage can I still donate them?

My dreadlocks have combination of yarn, wires, and threads can i still donate them?

My dreadlocks are very long and just want to donate some of it, can I still donate?

We don't accept any animal or pets hair And do not promote any harm to animals.
